For our employees, this collection is part of the essential management of labor relations. As for candidates, their information is collected and used to assess their suitability for available positions, which may involve information obtained from third parties for background checks or professional references. If a candidate is not selected, his or her information is retained for a reasonable period of time for future opportunities, unless a request for deletion is made. In addition, we maintain certain personal information about our former employees, including their names and contact details, for possible professional or regulatory requirements.
